Refund policy

1. Our Commitment

At Salty Beaver Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be absolutely stoked with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

2. General Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods, items explicitly marked as final sale/clearance (unless defective), or any product where the hygienic seal or protective packaging has been broken (e.g., earrings, intimate apparel).

3. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), the customer has a legal Right of Withdrawal. This allows them to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform us by email at saltybeavercompany@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Once we are informed, the customer has a further 14 days to send the items back.

Refund for EU/UK Returns: We will refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of shipment). We may deduct value if the goods were handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (i.e., more than you would in a physical store).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. If a refund is late, please first contact your bank/card company before emailing us at saltybeavercompany@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you need a size exchange for apparel. If you need an exchange, please email us at saltybeavercompany@gmail.com for instructions.

5. Shipping & Returns Address

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item due to customer change-of-mind. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product shipped). For returns of items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
